Product Description

MightyAmp DNA Polymerase Ver.3 is a PCR enzyme with exceptional reactivity, even when working with samples that would otherwise cause amplification difficulties, such as crude biological extracts with high amounts of PCR inhibitors. Both the enzyme itself and its buffer have been specially formulated to exhibit this strong resistance to inhibiting substances. This composition allows for robust, sensitive performance in direct PCR applications. MightyAmp polymerase comes with 2X buffer and a 10X additive for enhanced specificity.
